Turkey Trek 5k

I was late signing up for this race because I was still fatigued from my 140-mile race just two weeks ago. I ran about 12 miles during the past week and decided late Thursday to go for it.

The weather was perfect, around 50 degrees with no wind. (Still no snow in the Denver area yet!) That uphill for the last mile was a b*tch!

I won my age group (1/14) and placed 40th (40/438) overall.
