Shipping and Payment Policies


Shipping Policy


All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.



We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

Note: Not all carriers are available in every area.


Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.


Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. All shipping rates are calculated by weight and geographical region by the carriers, at the time of checkout. Please be sure to select a carrier and rate that meets your needs the best.


Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the portion of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the remainder of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.


Payment Policy

All payments are due at transaction time unless otherwise negotiated with WattsRunning.


Credit Cards Accepted

This website accepts credit card payments using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club International and JCB.



Personal and business checks are welcome and accepted, but products will not be shipped until the checks have cleared the bank. You will be charged $35.00 for any check that fails the payment process because of insufficient funds.

Cash Payments

Cash payments are only available at special events, such as race expos or book signings.
