         Admittedly, I’m not a writer. I work in the Information Technology business to pay the bills, and I run to relieve the stress of everyday life. So, when I decided to write this book, I assembled a collage of notes and thoughts strewn about in a notebook. I finally starting transcribing these into my word processing program, but it still lacked clarity in many ways.

         To the rescue came my niece, Kristen Bashaw, professional editor. She somehow made sense of my efforts and helped me reorganize many pages of this book.  Thanks Kristen, for the fantastic advice and dedicated hard work to help me finish this project.
