Ram Run 5k

Ram Run 5k - this race is a fundraiser for the Green Mountain Cross Country team in Lakewood. I’m always happy to help raise money for the local teams. The weather was much cooler today; perfect for running. This course was tough with some brutal hills, especially late in the race. Running 17 miles yesterday probably didn’t help. . Still, I had enough in the tank to win my age group. I ran almost 60 miles again this week as I ramp up the mileage for my upcoming ultras.
