I'm pleased to announce that I've been certified as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
After months of studying (followed by about 45 minutes of sheer panic during the test), I successfully passed my NASM-CPT test. Unfortunately, due to COVID, I will not be booking in-person clients for the foreseeable future. I'm hoping that I'll be able to begin booking in the summer of 2021. Until then, I will be offering Zoom video remote sessions. Watch for details in the next few months, as I get everything in place.
