Happy New Year!

Updated: Mar 17, 2020

Happy New Year! Sixteen years ago today, I began my journey to better health by losing more than 45 pounds in the first three months of 2001. I lowered my blood pressure from 155/110 to 112/68, my cholesterol from 212 to 85, and my resting heart rate from 90 to 48.

With obesity and deteriorating health, I got off the couch and ran my first of hundreds of races. From 5k’s to ultra marathons.

I documented the journey in my book - my successes and failures. Yes, they’re were plenty of both and each one made me stronger.

Find out how I went from couch potato to running sub-3 hour marathons at the age of 51 years old. I’m not gifted and it wasn’t magic, but my proven, well-documented training plans show how any “average joe,” can reach high performing goals.

Learn the secrets of breaking the psychological barriers, and become familiar with my 7-Step macrocycle training program, so you can perform at an optimum level.

Pick up a copy of my book soon - get fit and stay fit in 2018. It’s still on sale for $22.95!

Cheers! To a happy and healthy new year!
