Recently, we offered a giveaway for five electronic copies and one paperback
copy to those who would fill out a survey regarding their sleeping, tapering and eating habits prior to race day.
We also asked WHY they run, and the answers were primarily directed at mental health and stress relief, not so much for the physical benefits.
